Where to begin. Nishika went all out on our sushi platter, which was truly a delicious meal. The staff were extremely accommodating, allowed me to customize a drink, and were so friendly. The sushi chefs all said bye when we left, and the vibes inside were immaculate and I felt like I was in a cool Japanese sushi restaurant in Tokyo. So cool!
Love it! Ordered salmon & shoya ramen, edamame, and chai tea. Heaven! Everything(even the ramen) was delivered in under 10 minutes. Also very reasonable prices. Cozy atmosphere. Cant recommend it enough!
We love this place! I believe it is family ran, so the hospitality is very genuine also. The sushi, is delicious! The Volcano roll, crispy salmon roll was to die for. Their white shrimp tempura was delicious, seaweed salad was refreshing and the Ramen was also good. I actually love this side of the Kentlands, one of new fav spots!
I have always had a positive experience at Nishiki Ramen and Sushi. I have just started visiting since the pandemic, so all of my orders have been take out. They package takeout orders extremely well; the broth is always separate from the noodles, vegetables, and protein for the ramen. My favorite Ramen is the Akumara Modern, and when I feel like I want to adjust the spice level, they will put the chili oil on the side for me, which is great! The sushi is delicious and fresh; I have not had a roll or sashimi that I did not enjoy. Please support this business so we can continue to enjoy for years to come!
